In 1993 my wife and I moved our family to Durham, NC to pursue a career in the restaurant business. We owned and operated two Arby’s Roast Beef Restaurants. After a successful career in the restaurant business dating back to 1978 it was time for a change, sold restaurants in fall of 1999.

During my career in the restaurant business I was involved in the selection of the sites to locate future restaurants on. I truly enjoyed the real estate process.

I joined Frank Ward, Realtors in early 2000. My objective is to make buying and selling real estate as easy as possible, and to utilize my knowledge of the local area to provide the best service to my clients.
